HOME SALE ASSISTANCE:
Our goal is to help you sell your home for the best possible price, in the shortest amount of time, and with the smallest amount of hassle.

Our local Real Estate Professional will help you sell your current residence. If your property is in our area of expertise, we can help you market your home. If it is out of our area, we partner with Real Estate firms locally and recommend the best brokers who have experience with relocating individuals.

Home Preparation/Consultation:
You and your Parrott Team Realtor will create your home marketing plan including a market analysis and strategy report.  He/she will make some recommendations that may include repairs, staging, or a bit of “clutter removal”.  Your agent will strategize with you about how to price and market your home.

The Parrott Team Management Group will act as your advocate.  We will work with you and your Real Estate Professional to ensure the home selling process moves smoothly.  We will follow along and guide you every step of the way through the close of escrow.

Property Management:
Do you need help leasing your home? The Parrott Team Move Management Group will refer you to a competent Property Management Company in your area.

Home Finding Assistance:
Our goal is to assist in your family’s transition to a new residence with the least amount of disruption. We will introduce you to a qualified Real Estate Professional in your destination area.  Your Real Estate Professional will:

• Have invaluable knowledge of your destination area, as well as knowledge of current market conditions.
• Provide you with an area orientation i.e., information on neighborhoods, schools, churches, community activities.
• Assist you in identifying your new home needs.
• Assist you in determining a reasonable budget.
• Assist you in locating and purchasing your new home.
• Work with you throughout your home finding process.

The Parrott Team Move Management Group will work as your advocate throughout your home finding process.  We will provide Mortgage Assistance and/or help you find temporary housing if required.  We will also assist you in moving your household goods.
