Timeshares or
Vacation Ownership offers individuals a means
own fully-furnished resort-style properties for
a percentage of the cost of full ownership. For
a one time purchase fee and a yearly maintenance
fee, you can own a deeded property for as many
vacation weeks as you choose based on what you
pay.
Sometimes there are points-based systems where you buy
points to use of a unit or condo for possibly 3-4 days
instead of a week. This allows you to break up your
vacations to fit your schedule.
By buying a timeshare you
will be able to exchange your timeshare weeks or use
your points for different resorts all over the world. It
will depend in which timeshare system you buy from. When

Licensed Timeshare Broker who has access to thousands of
discounted timeshare resales currently
available that you can pick and choose from. There are
many sources for information on buying a timeshare and
we encourage you to research as much as you can.
